optimum potential in India. Every Sport has become very competitive
and much of scientific research and support towards sports teams
is found to be rewarding. The Sports medicine doctors & Sports
physiotherapy services have become very essential for most of
the teams, health spas and in fitness Industry. It’s very
important to understand the principles of Fitness training for
every Coach and Trainer to improve performance and avoid training
injuries. In India, the curriculum of many courses does not include
these important subjects. Many untrained persons involve in treating
sports persons and individuals involved in fitness & end up
in giving wrong advice, which is detrimental for their performance.
